You can find them in Hall 7, Booth 470, where they’ll show off power system solutions built on silicon (Si), silicon carbide (SiC), and gallium nitride (GaN), paired with software, development tools, and cybersecurity know-how.

What’s on demo at Infineon’s PCIM Europe 2026 booth

Future-proofing power infrastructure

As renewable energy scales up, the grid needs to handle more energy-intensive workloads like AI data centers and smart factories.

Infineon will demonstrate semiconductor tech for efficient battery storage systems, UPS units, solid-state transformers (SSTs), and solid-state circuit breakers (SSCBs).

Key highlights include a demo stack for SSTs and SSCB components built on CoolSiC™ JFET technology that can isolate faults in microseconds delivering the robustness needed for future DC grids.

Powering AI from grid to processor core

AI workloads are straining data center energy budgets, pushing the industry toward new power architectures like HVDC sidecars and DC microgrids.

Infineon will present its complete Si, SiC, and GaN portfolio covering everything from grid connection all the way to the processor core.

Expect to see power semiconductors, drivers, microcontrollers, and sensors for advanced power supplies, plus solutions for battery backup units, intermediate bus converters, voltage regulation, and intelligent protection devices.

Shaping the future of electromobility

As the global leader in automotive semiconductors, Infineon is pushing electromobility forward with solutions for traction inverters, DC-DC converters, on-board chargers, and battery management systems.

Visitors can check out the “One Inverter, One Infineon” system solution, designed to boost drivetrain efficiency while cutting space and cost.

Additional demos feature CoolSiC and CoolGaN™ power switches, the new EasyPACK™ S and CIPOS™ Prime modules, XENSIV™ sensors, and AURIX™ TC4xx microcontrollers.

Empowering the next generation of robotics

Robots are evolving into physical AI systems that can sense, think, and act.

Infineon Technologies will showcase semiconductor solutions for industrial and domestic robots, humanoids, and drones.

Look for high-efficiency motor control and power management using CoolGaN power semiconductors, PSOC™ Control C3 microcontrollers, and XENSIV sensors enabling compact designs with precise, reliable control for tomorrow’s robotic applications.

At PCIM Europe 2026, Infineon AI, EVs and Robotics The Robo WireEU Cyber Resilience Act compliance

Security runs through everything Infineon does. At PCIM, experts will walk through the upcoming EU Cyber Resilience Act requirements and show how secured-by-design semiconductor solutions help customers stay compliant while strengthening product differentiation.

Infineon will also be speaking at the PCIM Europe 2026 conference program and across various expo stages.
